## 3.5.1 在中大上暑課

### 3.5.1.1 大學暑期課程

大約三月初，學校會發信通知暑期課程已經可以在CUSIS上查詢，但此時公布的課程列表並非最新，每週仍會持續釋出新開課程直到選課日期之前。

想要查詢暑期課程的開課內容，請在CUSIS方格選欄中的Manage Classes，左方列選取"Teaching Timetable by Subject/ Department"，將Term改為Summer Session即可。

一般而言選課會在四月初，五月中旬會有一週add/ drop period，操作方法同正常term course registration。（確切時間請follow [RES 官網](http://www.res.cuhk.edu.hk/en-gb/undergraduate-students/announcements-notices-mass-mailing/901-summer-session-2017-18)）

注意事項：

* 除非特殊情況或是經過申請，暑期課程的學分上限是6學分，並且你的學年總學分數不可以超過39學分。如果需要超修，請在[這裡](http://www.res.cuhk.edu.hk/en-gb/applications/current-full-time-undergraduate-students/application-forms/university-summer-session)下載“Application Form for Exceeding Course Load in Summer Session”表格，填寫完成並在期限內交至RES。
* 畢業年學生/ 休學一整年/ Sem 2休學的同學，將無法直接透過CUSIS enroll暑課，請至[這裡](http://www.res.cuhk.edu.hk/en-gb/applications/current-full-time-undergraduate-students/application-forms/university-summer-session)下載“Application Form for Enrolling Summer Session”表格，填寫完成並在期限內交至RES。
* 不同於term course registration，summer session時選課被放在wait list上的同學，會在course registration period結束後被移出wait list，如果想要上課，請在add/ drop period再次嘗試enroll。

### 3.5.1.2 CUHK International Summer School

CUHK International Summer School 是中大暑假開的暑期學校，亦有其他與不同學校/研究機構合開的暑期計劃，詳情請參考CUHK International Summer School [官網](http://www.summer.cuhk.edu.hk/)。

CUHK International Summer School 的選課，請依照各program指示，再由該單位將選課紀錄轉予RES。

另外有些人會希望在中國上暑課，轉UGEA\&B的學分回來以免爛grade，可在暑假前至OALC官網多注意他們的最新資訊。

## 3.5.2 在其他學校上暑課、Summer Program之後如何轉學分？

基本上操作跟交換後轉學分回學校應該沒有太大差異。以下例子是2015-2016 summer在UBC上Vancouver Summer Program後成功轉回三學分的案例。我要轉回的course是IBBA的required course - MGNT2510。

首先去商學院的UG Office拿一張“Enquiry for Course Equivalence"表格，然後填上個人資料、外校course title、對應中大的course code、course title。或是可以上網[下載](http://www.bschool.cuhk.edu.hk/index.php/programs/undergraduate/overview-undergraduate/11-programs/1738-notice-board-undergraduate-office)（Notice Board最下方的**Enquiry Form for Applications for Course Equivalence**）

填妥之後**連同外校該課程course outline、成績單**交給MGNT department，他會跟你說傳上去審核大約要等多久，然後會寄email通知你。

Email中會夾帶department簽好的表格PDF檔，收到之後上CUSIS方格選欄中的Application，進入後左方列的Transfer Credit / Exemption申請。

選擇Create a new application後，就會進入下方畫面，即可開始申請。

* Institution 填你去上課的學校。
* Articulation Term 選擇你去的sem，e.g. 2015-16 Summer Session
* 上傳Attached Supporting Document，記得把該表格PDF檔、成績單、外校該課程course outline合成一個檔案。（系統只允許上傳一個檔案）
* 填寫External course資訊，可以在description上寫上外校course title、units taken寫3、grade寫上外校給的成績單上的等第/數字。
* 填寫equivalent course資訊。例。Transfer Type: course、Subject: MGNT、Course Number: 2510、Description: (course title)、Units Transferred: 3
* 送出、繳交160HKD手續費，然後就可以開始漫長的等待了。
* 根據個人經驗，回國後大約九月中開始run整個申請程序，最後約10月中在CUSIS上看到學分成功顯示「Taken」。
